TheGigRig QMX has all the same great features as the standard QuarterMaster including;

Each loop has a push button next to the loop return that gives you the option to turn a standard loop into a flip/flop loop.
Instantly switch between any selected loops while adding other loops on top. Its great if there are effects on your board that you never stack like multiple delays, or drive units.
By using the QMX returns as instrument inputs you can easily and quietly switch between your favourite guitars

The GigRig warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, The GigRig will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product and cover the cost of return shipping to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by The GigRig. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee. Legal: In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. The GigRig will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will The GigRig be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. The GigRig disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.

Quartermaster QMX 2

Having already bought a QMX 10 some time ago, I decided it was time to get an extension of two more loops for my pedalboard. My original QMX 10 is connected to a set of 18 pedals. Some in individual loops and some in sets of two or three pedals. Unfortunately my QMX 10 doesn't have the recent optokick footswitches so these are now a great improvement. The Flip-flop function is also great if you want to switch between two loops or even if you have two different sets of several pedals in each loop, wich I do. It's just like you can have two completely separate pedalboards or presets at your feet. The quartermaster range is really awesome. When you are in true bypass mode you really have everything "disconnected" from your circuit. It just takes a light touch on any of the footswitches and you get the corresponding pedal or pedals back in your signal path. No pops no clicks just the sound you want to ear. Just like all the other TheGigRig products that I got to know and own, this one is really a very good one indeed. You really get the idea that these products are designed and developed by someone who faces the same problems you have on your own pedalboard. Especially if it is a medium to large size one with a more complex signal path or several pedals of the same category (different flavour overdrives, delays, distortions, etc.). I think I just may need another one!

Excellent product, 100% recommended ... silent switches, the flip flop function is great. Perfect for small pedalboards, in my case a Pedaltrain metro 16.

My first bit of kit from here and it is fantastic. Works really well and allows me to isolate a troublesome pedal. Will definitely be back for more!

QUARTERMASTER QMX - 2

Never thought I'd be this excited about a couple of foot-switches! I noticed my old loop switchers were leaking signal so that the tuner was responding to the guitar signal even when the loop with the tuner in it was 'bypassed'. Not so with these switchers. I use two of them on my board so I have flexibility to minimise cable runs and get the most efficient layout. They are exceedingly well engineered. The foot-switches themselves are an actual joy to use - no clicks or pops and the smoothest action I've ever come across. I know it is a weird thing to be excited about but these are the sorts of things that bring me pleasure. Don't judge me. :-) These Gigrig switchers are the best you can buy.
